Feiler visited shrines and ancient temples throughout the latter part of his career, visiting Egypt with his family in 1992. The term 'Sekos' refers to the sacred enclosure or inner sanctuary of an Egyptian temple. Feiler was always intrigued by the architecture of these spaces, and his skilful compositions effectively utilized light and tone to great effect.
